Here at Mochimayu, we have created and perfected the Strawberry Daifuku with help from the one and only Chef Misuzu of Las Vegas' Suzuya. We hope our sweets brighten the day for each and every one of our patrons.

What is Mochi?

It is a traditional Japanese dough made from rice flour, often used to wrap sweet bean paste fillings.

Mochi Mayu collaborates with Chef Misuzu of Las Vegas’ famous Patisserie Suzuya to craft and sell Strawberry Daifuku, a delicious Japanese “Wagashi” of fresh berries wrapped with mochi and sweet red bean paste.
